Udall Speaks Out Against Trump’s Family Separation Policy

U.S. Senator Tom Udall delivered a speech on the Senate floor in opposition to President Trump’s inhumane and immoral family separation policy. Udall called on the president to immediately communicate a plan for how the Trump administration will reunite the thousands of children who have been separated from their families under the administration’s policy. Udall’s speech followed his visit to the border to hold the Trump administration accountable, during which Udall was part of the first group of members of Congress to tour the Tornillo tent facility where children are being detained.
