Tom Holds a News Conference on the Final Passage of Landmark Bipartisan Chemical Safety Reform
U.S. Senator Tom Udall held a news conference at the Capitol after final passage in the U.S. Senate of his landmark bipartisan legislation to reform the broken 1976 Toxic Substances Control Act. His bill, cosponsored by U.S. Sen. David Vitter (R-La.), the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act, then went to the president to be signed into law.
