Tom discusses the ROADS SAFE Act with retiring Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) CEO Chuck Hurley. This legislation, introduced by Tom and Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN), would fund the research technology to prevent drunk drivers from operating their vehicles.
